CHIYAI (23-040)
CHIYAI (23-040) is a beautiful, sweet 3 year old boy who weighs 80 pounds. He is housebroken and crate-trained, but after settling into our routine is now allowed free run of the house. He loves cats and dogs and will play with them if they want to play. He would do best with another energetic dog around his age since he may be too playful for an older dog. He may also do well as an only dog as long as someone is home at least part-time during the day. Chiyai loves people and is fine with children of any age. His favorite
activities are getting belly rubs, petting, and playing fetch; in fact he usually has a ball in his mouth, hoping someone will throw it for him. He needs a fenced yard and an active family since he is a young active boy who loves to run and do “zoomies” in the yard. He settles quickly in the car and rides well. He knows sit, come, wait, and down, but he still pulls a little on leash so that needs some work. Chiyai came to the rescue a bit overweight but has lost a couple pounds and should continue on his weight loss journey with his Forever Home.
