HONEY (23-034)
HONEY (23-034) is a 9 year old female Golden and just as sweet as her name! She is fine with young children, cats and other dogs. She is totally housebroken and a complete couch potato; ideal for someone who wants a cuddly companion but not an exercise partner. Honey loves belly rubs, attention and will lay on your feet to be close to you. Although she’s lost weight since coming to GRREAT, she still weighs 90 lbs and needs to lose more.
She walks well on a lead but needs encouragement to keep going. She would be fine with or without a fence since she’s not much of an explorer. Stairs can be a challenge for Honey but she is improving as her weight keeps coming off and her strength improves. She is not on any meds but does take a daily joint supplement. Honey is a big fan of car rides and loves soft toys, but sometimes will not willingly give them up without a treat. She’s definitely an easy keeper; content to lounge around with you at her side.
