Hi my name is Rocky, and I’m looking for my next adventure buddy.
I’m a young, boisterous, 8 month old male Golden puppy who is full of energy. I get along with other large dogs, and would prefer a confident adult dog in my next home to help continue teaching me the ways of the world. I can be a pest trying to get my dog friends to play, but I take corrections well. I’m super smart and know a handful of fun tricks! I’m learning how to walk nicely on a leash, and my foster mom is working on my recall so I can enjoy off leash hikes.
Like any self-respecting dog, I love my food and I prefer to not have people mess with me while I’m eating. I’m perfectly content eating in my kennel, so really it’s no trouble. I do really well with routines and consistency, so someone willing to provide me rules will ensure I become the best version of myself. Because of my mild food guarding, a home with no young children is in my best interest.
Other than that, I’m easy-breezy, and ready to find my forever family who’s going to continue my confidence building and training!
Rocky will be neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested prior to adoption. He will come with 6 months of heartworm prevention, and 30 days of pet insurance to his new home.
