He is friendly with everyone in the family but has shown a special affinity as a "Momma's Boy." Huckleberry gets along very well with his 4-legged foster brothers. He would love to have sturdy, playful siblings in his Forever Home that would like to wrestle, tug, and chase in a safely fenced yard. - [LUCY – COURTESY POST For BUSHMAN’S LEGACY](https://grreat.org/dogs/ginger-courtesy-post-for-bushmans-legacy/) - Hi, I'm Lucy and as you can see, I'm quite beautiful. I'm 6 months old and weigh about 20 lbs now. I'll probably get to be about 50ish lbs when full grown. The family who surrendered me said that I'm part golden retriever and part shepherd. My foster mom thinks that is an incredible combination - smart and beautiful. - [CHARLIE (26-008) ](https://grreat.org/dogs/charlie-26-008/) - CHARLIE (26-008) is a 50 lb, 10-month-old puppy who checks all the boxes; he's gorgeous, affectionate and full of personality. Charlie loves long walks, lots of fenced-yard play time, and a solid game of fetch. He is friendly to people and loves to play with other dogs, although his play-style is rough-and-tumble and he can sometimes overwhelm them with his exuberance. I - [GINGER and DAISEY – COURTESY POST For GOLD DOG RESCUE](https://grreat.org/dogs/ginger-and-daisey-courtesy-post-for-gold-dog-rescue/) - DAISEY and GINGER - Double the fun, snuggles and love! Daisey (not quite 7 yrs old) and Ginger (8 ½ yrs old) are two incredibly sweet, cuddly, and smart spayed females that are also very much bonded. They are a forever pair whose owner passed away in December. Daisey and Ginger were in boarding for several weeks. After bringing them home and giving both a very long and much-needed full-spa evening, they looked, felt and smelled much better. - [MAZZI (26-012)](https://grreat.org/dogs/mazzi-26-012/) - MAZZI (26-012) is a sweet, affectionate 7 year old boy with a beautiful soft red coat. He enjoys walks and playing fetch in the back yard with balls and frisbees. He loves cuddles, petting, and being right next to his human companion at all times. He will pull on walks when he sees another dog to play with or for interesting smells but does better with a harness - [LUKA (24-053)](https://grreat.org/dogs/luka-24-053/) - LUKA (24-053) Luka, Luka, Luka! This handsome blond boy is nearly 6 years old, healthy, full of love, and a real heart-stealer. At around 100 pounds, Luka is a big, beautiful golden retriever with the softest fur you’ll ever pet. Thanks to plenty of walks, he’s been slimming down (though we haven’t put him back on the scale just yet). While he does have some quirks to manage, Luka has the basics of everything you love about goldens; - [BENTLEY (26-005)](https://grreat.org/dogs/bentley-26-005/) - BENTLEY (26-005) is the sweetest teenage boy, turning 2 in April. He will probably always look like a puppy because of the keen look on his face. Bentley is a tall slender boy, weighing 68 pounds at his last vet appointment. He hasn’t jumped up on the counter, but he’s tall enough that we’ve learned to keep things away from the edge. Nothing much has phased this curious canine; he just wants to play and be with people. - [TAYLOR (26-004)](https://grreat.org/dogs/taylor-26-004/) - If Taylor could write a want ad, it might sound something like this: “Homebody canine looking for same in human companion. Lots of love to give.” Love bug Taylor is a sweet 5-year old Golden who enjoys cuddling and being near her humans. In general, she is low activity and more of a couch potato than your typical Golden. - [MILEY and MAYHEM - COURTESY POST For GOLDHEART RESCUE](https://grreat.org/dogs/miley-and-mayhem-courtesy-post-for-goldheart-rescue/) - These beautiful girls need a home. One of their moms passed away and the other mom is forced to give up the family home and cannot take the girls with her. She would love for them to stay together but understands if they can't. Both girls are good with cats and other dogs. - [APRIL (25-049)](https://grreat.org/dogs/april-25-049/) - APRIL (25-049) is a beautiful 3-year-old girl who is searching for a patient, loving home where she can truly thrive. He is quite content to play by himself (he loves to knock balls around and chase them), but he is a very social and interactive boy. - [TILLY (25-046)](https://grreat.org/dogs/tilly-25-046/) - TILLY (25-046) is a loving 3 year old with the sweetest demeanor towards her people. She is an expert snuggler that loves to crawl onto any available lap with all her 70 lbs. She is housebroken and has full run of the house. She can be left alone for up to 8 hours without a problem, but we're looking for a family that will be home with her more often. - [DOLLY (25-047)](https://grreat.org/dogs/dolly-25-047/) - DOLLY (25-047) is a lean 60lb 2 year old bundle of energy. She is very athletic and loves to be outside. A large fenced in yard is ideal so she can spend time outside exploring her yard and stretching her legs. Playing fetch is her favorite thing and she looks forward to it multiple times a day. Her ball is her favorite toy. - [ASH (25-040)](https://grreat.org/dogs/ash-25-040/) - ASH (25-040) is a stunning and funny 10-year-old golden girl with a heart as big as her 75-pound frame. Don’t let her age deceive you. She is a “super-ager” and runs very fast when she is excited. She’s treat-motivated and eager to learn new things, especially if snacks are involved. She navigates stairs with ease and still has plenty of energy. - [CHARLIE (25-035)](https://grreat.org/dogs/charlie-25-035/) - CHARLIE (25-035) Hi, I'm Charlie! I'm seven-years-old and 70 pounds with soft, snow white long fur. I'm a very good listener to commands and love being close to my people. Before GRREAT, I spent my whole life with one owner. I absolutely love sticks the most, but also love to play fetch and tug. I also like to have my long, fluffy fur brushed. - [COZMO (25-038)](https://grreat.org/dogs/cozmo-25-038/) - COZMO (25-038) is a sweet, happy, 4 year old boy who is full of love, silliness and the ability to make friends in a heartbeat. He is 75 lbs of Velcro and loves to follow us around to see what we're doing and get some pets. He is a love bug who enjoys sitting on the couch with his head in our laps for a good snuggle. They need to lose some more pounds but are still going to be big boys when they get to their best weights. - [BOHDI (25-010)](https://grreat.org/dogs/bohdi-25-010/) - BOHDI (25-010) is a 7 yr old, 80 lb boy. He is a big-hearted Golden with an even bigger love for attention, and he's not shy about asking for it. Whether it’s gently nudging your hand for pets or plopping his head in your lap at dinner (begging with those soulful eyes), Bohdi knows how to work his charm. He listens well though; ask him to go lay down, and he’s on it. He’s a family dog through and through. - [CLARK (25-024)](https://grreat.org/dogs/clark-25-024/) - CLARK (25-024) is a 20 month old Golden boy that’s as cute as they come. At 55 lbs, he's a little on the smaller side and is a ball full of energy and spunk. Clark had some training before coming to GRREAT and for the most part listens to commands well, but with his puppy brain, he will continue to need reinforcement to be reliable. - [MAGGIE (25-028)](https://grreat.org/dogs/maggie-25-028/) - MAGGIE (25-028) is an 11-year-old Goldendoodle with the heart and energy of a dog years younger! This sweet boy is still very much a puppy with puppy behaviors. He does get along with his foster brothers and sister but sometimes he doesn't understand when to slow down or stop. It may be best for Maverick to initially be the only dog in the home until he can learn to curb his enthusiasm around other dog - [LADY (25-026) and BUTTERCUP (25-027)](https://grreat.org/dogs/lady-25-026-and-buttercup-25-027/) - LADY (25-026) and BUTTERCUP (25-027) are sweet 2-yr old sisters that will bring joy to any home. His favorite activities include playing ball, tug of war, and going on walks where he eagerly explores the world around him. - [BRODY - COURTESY POST](https://grreat.org/dogs/brody-courtesy-post/) - Brody is a 2–3-year-old neutered Golden Retriever with a big heart and an even bigger personality. She is fully housetrained and if she needs to go out, she goes to the door to let you know. She loves to go for walks, but her most favorite thing to do is the 40-yard dash from the back door to the bird feeder to chase the squirrels away, so a safely-fenced yard is a must. - [ZEUS (25-005)](https://grreat.org/dogs/zeus-25-005/) - ZEUS (25-005) Do you like snuggles, a wagging tail, and a big radiant smile?
