GRREAT's Forever Friends
Abby 06-091
Our girl went to the Rainbow Bridge on November 8, 2017, at age 13, after a battle with cancer. She went to the bridge with dignity, on her own. She fought every day to stay with us, but like the poem it was a battle that could not be won. She made us smile, laugh and cry. No human was a stranger to Abby … everyone was her friend. Her “happy place” was on our boat, or swimming in the river. She was also tolerant of our grandchildren laying and crawling on her. She touched many of our friends lives too. She was a sweet girl, but could be stubborn at times … just like humans! We miss you so much, Abby! – Beverly and Steve Kreisberg
Charlie
Such a sweet, good natured guy. Loved his food, his friends and his walks. He was 10 years old when I adopted him, so I knew he didn’t have long, but that doesn’t really help much. A sorely missed companion and friend.
Hurley

Tyson
Tyson was not a GRREAT rescue but was a GREAT golden companion rescued by my friends Carol and Bruce. He was cheerful ALL the time, even at the end of his battle with cancer. He was totally devoted, loving and ready to play or snuggle. He enjoyed many adventures and games of fetch. He lived a good life with many toys and doggy and human friends. Tyson will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Tess
A truly gentle, loyal and loving lady to the very end, Tess gave us such love and joy during her lifetime, and leaves us equally wonderful memories. Tess will always be in our hearts, never forgotten until we are together again.
Shelby
In Memory of Shelby (12/25/2003-03/20/2017). She was given as a gift and she remained a special gift her entire life. She was a furry baby in a childless home so she was our princess that we spoiled. She loved playing in our yard and waiting for her favorite neighbor to visit her. She loved swimming, playing in snow, squeezing her squeaky toys and sleeping in our bed. She loved to lounge in the sunshine with the sun in her face. She gave us much joy. She will be missed and loved always!
Cheyenne
So long to the best and sweetest friend ever, Cheyenne (born April 2001, died December 7, 2016). We love you Cheyenne. Thank you to her Foster Mom, Diane Lanigan, for taking such good care of her during her last days.
