Available Dogs BLUE (26-013)

BLUE (26-013) is a tall, 3 year old, 75 pound, happy boy. He has such an easy going temper that he is just as happy to lay down and entertain himself with a kong or squeaky toy in the house, hang out and explore the yard, or fetch the chuck it ball and go for walks. He walks perfectly on a leash, is house broken, free to roam the house when humans are away, knows a few basic commands, and enjoys being brushed. He rides well in the car. He enjoys being outside and likes to chase all the birds, squirrels, and rabbits so he would love a safely fenced yard and lots of outdoor time.

It is unknown if he is friendly with cats. His previous home had him around young kids with no issues. Blue is friendly with his canine foster sister, but not very interested in playing together or bonding, so he would do perfectly fine as the only dog in the household. He is friendly to strangers in public. He loves to be pet and lay by his humans. Blue is a very easy, straight forward boy looking for a family that can commit to giving him lots of exercise and affection on a daily basis. He does tend to be a nosey neighbor so a busy street with lots of activity might cause him to bark and stir in the house. A quieter neighborhood would suit him better.
