JOEY (24-079)
JOEY (24-079) is a 10 month old 100lb high energy playful boy who needs an active family that can provide him with lots of playtime and exercise. He is house broken and has learned basic commands, but should continue training to sharpen his manners. He loves to run and play fetch with his tennis ball! A home with a fenced yard would be best, so he can burn off some energy. He also enjoys walks in his harness. He likes to be close to his humans, so a home with a busy schedule where he’s left alone a lot will not be the best fit.
He loves to play, he always has a toy or bone in the house keeping him occupied, and he wants your attention 24/7. He gets along great with his golden foster sister, but likes to be rowdy when playing, so older or smaller dogs will not enjoy him. Cats are unknown. He would also be perfectly fine being the only dog in the household so he doesn’t have to share your attention, as long as he gets lots of it. He is good with kids but because of his size and energy level, a home with small kids under 8 years old isn’t recommended. He is always excited for a car ride. He is a healthy, happy boy who just needs the right family to devote time and attention to him!
