TILLY (25-046)
TILLY (25-046) is a loving 3 year old with the sweetest demeanor towards her people. She is an expert snuggler that loves to crawl onto any available lap with all her 70 lbs. She is housebroken and has full run of the house. She can be left alone for up to 8 hours without a problem, but we’re looking for a family that will be home with her more often. The commands she knows are: sit, stay, leave it, shake and the all important “come”. She also responds very well to “no”.
Tilly took awhile to warm up to her foster siblings so while she may do well with another canine companion, we feel that she would rather be the only dog so she can have all the love and attention she craves. She is good with cats. Tilly is a good traveler, will jump right in and settle down for the journey. Her energy is typical of a 3 year old. She plays hard, loves fetch and settles down nicely after a romp or a walk. She has excellent leash manners. We are unsure how she would be with young children because she is exuberant at times and is capable of knocking someone down. Tilly has been a joy to foster and will make a wonderful companion and be your best friend for life!
