Kelly 13-011
Just two months after celebrating Kelly’s (13-011) 14th birthday, he succumbed to the cancer he had been fighting. Ten years before he bounded into our lives as a bit of a wild child but quickly grew to be a typical, loving Golden even though his red-headed stubbornness could surface now and again. He loved his hikes and adventures but his favorite times were his daily walks to downtown where shops and cafes kept treats for him and he always accepted loving from anyone with a free hand.
He will be sorely missed but always be in our fondest memories from racing with abandon around the farm, barking excitedly at any park entrance or trailhead, avoiding the waves at the ocean, catching and slobbering a squirrel, making snow angels, to just head-on-the-lap hanging with his humans. If there are cars in heaven, he’s got his nose out the window soaking up the breeze.
Run free our best boy and remember how much you were loved.
