MAVERICK (25-032)

MAVERICK (25-032) is a 2 yr old, 76 lb., bundle of energy. This sweet boy is still very much a puppy with puppy behaviors. He does get along with his foster brothers and sister but sometimes he doesn’t understand when to slow down or stop. It may be best for Maverick to initially be the only dog in the home until he can learn to curb his enthusiasm around other dog

RUBY (25-031) 

RUBY (25-031) is an extremely confident, smart and sweet, 18-month old girl who loves to follow her people around with lots of excitement and curiosity. One of her favorite spots is on the couch so she can get pets and cuddles. Her habit is to get up early and play; she is full of energy and a large, fenced yard is a requirement for Miss Ruby.

BOSTON (25-029)

BOSTON (25-029) is a healthy 14-month-old red golden who currently weighs 57 pounds. He’s still very skinny but should fill out nicely over the next year or so. His obedience skills are actually pretty good, including polite leash walking. He knows basic commands, and obeys willingly. Importantly, he has a very reliable “come” command.

MAGGIE (25-028) is an 11-year-old Goldendoodle with the heart and energy of a dog years younger! Don’t let the number fool you; this sweet girl still enjoys her daily walks and has plenty of pep in her step, all wrapped in a calm, gentle demeanor. Maggie is incredibly loving and thrives when she’s close to her people. She’ll happily follow you from room to room just to be near you.

LADY (25-026) and BUTTERCUP (25-027) are sweet 2-yr old sisters that will bring joy to any home. Their teenage exuberance and energy is on display as they run and play with each other outside, but once inside, they settle down nicely and just want to be with people. These girls weigh in at 70 pounds +.

HONEY (25-025)

HONEY (25-025) is a 50 lb, 9-year-old girl with a heart as golden as her coat. Don’t let her age fool you; this girl has plenty of pep in her step and loves to play. She’s a joyful, affectionate companion who’s happiest surrounded by her favorite people and doggy friends. Honey is great with children, friendly with everyone she meets, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, although she can be a little insistent about playing with them.

CLARK (25-024)

CLARK (25-024) is a 20 month old Golden boy that’s as cute as they come. At 55 lbs, he’s a little on the smaller side and is a ball full of energy and spunk. Clark had some training before coming to GRREAT and for the most part listens to commands well, but with his puppy brain, he will continue to need reinforcement to be reliable.

Whether it’s climbing into your lap or snuggling nose-to-nose in bed, he thrives on close contact and affection. His favorite activities include playing ball, tug of war, and going on walks where he eagerly explores the world around him.

BANNER (25-020)

BANNER (25-020) is a very handsome 10 month old boy who loves chasing squirrels and bird watching in his fenced backyard. However, his favorite activity is tussling with his 9-year-old foster brother. Banner has the energy level of a puppy but settles down quickly when playtime is over. He loves to play fetch and take meandering walks through the neighborhood. Banner is using a no-pull harness to help slow him down on walks.
