BOSTON (25-029) is a healthy 14-month-old red golden who currently weighs 57 pounds. He’s still very skinny but should fill out nicely over the next year or so. His obedience skills are actually pretty good, including polite leash walking. He knows basic commands, and obeys willingly. Importantly, he has a very reliable “come” command.

She’s a joyful, affectionate companion who’s happiest surrounded by her favorite people and doggy friends. Honey is great with children, friendly with everyone she meets, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, although she can be a little insistent about playing with them.

CLARK (25-024) is a 20 month old Golden boy that’s as cute as they come. At 55 lbs, he’s a little on the smaller side and is a ball full of energy and spunk. Clark had some training before coming to GRREAT and for the most part listens to commands well, but with his puppy brain, he will continue to need reinforcement to be reliable.

However, his favorite activity is tussling with his 9-year-old foster brother. Banner has the energy level of a puppy but settles down quickly when playtime is over. He loves to play fetch and take meandering walks through the neighborhood. Banner is using a no-pull harness to help slow him down on walks.

ROSIE (25-017) is a petite, 60-pound, energetic bundle of cuteness. Although 5 years old, she could pass for a puppy due to her size. Rosie is completely housebroken and will let you know when she needs to go out. Rosie loves to play fetch with her stuffed toys and balls and will bring them to you for playtime; and she loves playtime! She has very good house manners and has been given free run of our house.
