BANNER (25-020)
BANNER (25-020) is a very handsome 10 month old boy who loves chasing squirrels and bird watching in his fenced backyard. However, his favorite activity is tussling with his 9-year-old foster brother. Banner has the energy level of a puppy but settles down quickly when playtime is over. He loves to play fetch and take meandering walks through the neighborhood. Banner is using a no-pull harness to help slow him down on walks.
MAVERICK (25-019)
MAVERICK (25-019) is an 8-month-old, healthy male with a deep and lush red coat that feels like a soft teddy bear. He weighs about 45 pounds now and should mature at around 70 pounds. He is playful, affectionate and smart. If you are sitting in a chair, he likes nothing better than to put his front paws around you in a long hug.
ROSIE (25-017)
ROSIE (25-017) is a petite, 60-pound, energetic bundle of cuteness. Although 5 years old, she could pass for a puppy due to her size. Rosie is completely housebroken and will let you know when she needs to go out. Rosie loves to play fetch with her stuffed toys and balls and will bring them to you for playtime; and she loves playtime! She has very good house manners and has been given free run of our house.
HALEY (25-016)
HALEY (25-016) is a 6 yr old cuddle bug through and through. She loves to be close to her humans and enjoys being petted. She is patient with the cat and adores her Golden foster brother. She has been on long hikes (4+ miles) and she did great. She loves car rides, trail hikes, and the water, and her foster brother is teaching her how to retrieve balls with good success.
BUTTERCUP (25-014)
BUTTERCUP (25-014) is a beautiful, cream-colored golden who weighs 60 lbs and will be turning two in July. She is a sweet and loving girl who is the perfect blend of playful and calm. Buttercup is well-behaved around the house and loves her crate, which gives her a safe space to retreat to when she feels the need for some quiet time.
MAX (25-012)
MAX (25-012) is an 80 pound, healthy, 5 year old deep red Golden who came into the rescue when his owner passed away. He has no bad habits, which is an amazing statement for a Golden. He obeys commands the first time and has a reliable “come” command. He is completely housebroken, does not bark much except when the doorbell rings, and doesn’t get on the bed – although he loves a good snuggle on the couch.
LUNA (25-011)
LUNA (25-011) is a tall, 80 lb 3 year old bundle of love and energy. She is always so excited to see and be around her humans. She has perfect house manners, is free to roam when home alone, and waits by the door with a smile and excited tail wag when her people return. Luna loves to cuddle on the couch and sleep on the bed; she just wants to be near.
BOHDI (25-010)
BOHDI (25-010) is a 7 yr old, 80 lb boy. He is a big-hearted Golden with an even bigger love for attention, and he’s not shy about asking for it. Whether it’s gently nudging your hand for pets or plopping his head in your lap at dinner (begging with those soulful eyes), Bohdi knows how to work his charm. He listens well though; ask him to go lay down, and he’s on it. He’s a family dog through and through.
HONEY BAY (25-006)
HONEY BAY (25-006) is truly as sweet as Honey. She is a very easy-going, good natured 9-year-old but she has the energy and agility of a dog half her age. She is very pretty with her dark golden fur and cinnamon-colored eyes. At her perfect weight of 54 lbs., she is a smaller Golden.
ZEUS (25-005)
ZEUS (25-005) Do you like snuggles, a wagging tail, and a big radiant smile? Well you’re in luck, Zeus is your guy! As they say, goldens have no idea how old they are, and Zeus, at 11 years young, is a prime example. Affectionate, active, and chill as can be, Zeus is the perfect combination of couch potato and eager adventurer.
